1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Travel within our local service area is included. For locations outside that area, a travel fee may apply based on distance, location, and any additional accommodations needed.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

We’ll help you plan an engagement session that feels like the two of you. From choosing the right location and outfits to finding the best time of day, we’ll guide you through the details so the experience feels easy, natural, and fun.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your options and find a new date when available. Retainers and rescheduling fees may apply based on your booking agreement.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your final images will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. Professional prints and albums are also available, giving you a timeless way to enjoy your favorite photographs beyond the screen.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Need a videographer too? We’re happy to recommend trusted videographers who complement our photography style and help keep your wedding day experience seamless. Recommendations are available upon request.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to share specific poses, inspiration, or must-have shots with us before your session or wedding. We’ll use them as a guide while still leaving room for natural, candid moments that feel like you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We’re happy to meet before your wedding day to go over the timeline, photo priorities, important details, and any questions you may have. It’s a great way for us to connect beforehand and make sure everything feels organized and comfortable.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Portrait and engagement galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, while wedding galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. We take the time to carefully edit each image so your final gallery feels polished, consistent, and worth the wait.
